  • Initial School Weeks:
  • Kindly exercise patience during the initial weeks of the school year. This period allows for the completion of all ride reservations, ensuring a coordinated and accommodating service.
  • Bus Rules Review:
  • Take a moment to go over the Bus Rules with your child(ren). Emphasize that our drivers do not tolerate disruptive behavior. The first instance prompts contact with the parent, while a second infraction leads to service suspension.
  • Ride Changes Responsibility:
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying I-Ride of any ride changes. Keep your child(ren) informed about alterations in their transportation routine.
  • Illness or Absence Notification:
  • If your child(ren) won't be riding due to illness or another absence, please CALL I-Ride to cancel the ride. This courtesy benefits both us and fellow riders who may otherwise be waiting.
  • Contact Information Updates:
  • Ensure prompt communication of any changes in your contact information to I-Ride. In case of emergencies, having updated phone numbers is crucial for us to reach you promptly.
  • Inclement Weather Protocol:
  • When inclement weather strikes, stay tuned to your local radio station or weather channel. Announcements regarding service availability will be broadcasted to keep you informed. Your understanding is appreciated.
