• Open more hours for the convenience of our customers than most transit systems.

• One of the first three small city Dial -A-Ride services in Michigan.

• The first rural county Dial -A-Ride operation in Michigan.

• The first system to assist in the purchase of its facility (others are state or federally funded). Our recent building project was financed 50% by our own funds.

• The first to develop flexible route systems for rural service delivery - now a Michigan rural system standard.

• The first to re-build/rehabilitate buses for other systems

• The first system to reach the one million, two million, and three million passenger mark.
