The Isabella County Transportation Commission operates three
fixed-route bus lines that serve student apartment complexes
transporting students to and from Central Michigan University. These
routes are paid for by the apartment complex owners, so students are
not charged for the service when they board the bus.
The schedule of each route below is presented in the form of
Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) documents for easy printing.
The service consists of three routes;
Shuttle service operates continuously serving each stop every
half
hour, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM until 7:00 PM, with a
final trip returning from campus back to the apartments at 10:30 PM.
Friday service begins at 7:30 AM and runs until 1:05 PM on both the
Deerfield and Broomfield Routes. The Bluegrass Route operates until
7:00 PM on Friday. The Bluegrass Route has been modified to go north
through campus on Washington Street and return south on West Campus
Drive. See the accompanying map of the
routes to see the new stop points along this extension of the
Bluegrass Route.
These routes operate during the fall and winter semesters, from
the end of August until the first part of May. There is no shuttle
service during the summer, but ICTC dial-a-ride services are still
available to all students by calling the ride line at 989/772-9441. |
